A re-drain means replacing the drainage line rather than patching it. That might be the sewer drain running from the house to the council connection, the stormwater line carrying roof and surface water off the property, or both — on older blocks they're often in similar condition. Sometimes it's a single section (the length under a tree, or the part that's collapsed) and sometimes it's the whole run. The decision almost always comes from the camera.
